Parent Teacher Conferences

Parent Teacher Conferences are TOMORROW September 19. School is out at 1:00 PM tomorrow. From 1:30-4:30 the conferences will be held ONLINE by appointment only. From 4:30-7:30 you can meet with the teachers Open House style in the gyms. (first come first served)

Washington DC Fundraiser

In June 2024 we will be taking a group of 8th Grade students to Washington DC. We will be holding several fundraisers throughout the year to help these students offset their costs. We are selling Sodalicious Gift Cards. Each Card is $24.00. If you buy the soda one you get 10 32 oz sodas with 2 flavor shots. If you buy the cookie one you get 10 cookies. If you would like to contribute to our fundraiser please see Liana Mangisi in the Financial Office.

This year Jostens is taking our school pictures. You will receive an email in 1-2 weeks with a link to purchase the pictures that are taken today. Please watch for an email from Jostens.

School Fees

School fees must be paid as soon as possible to avoid being sent to collections. Pre-pay for this year’s yearbook. $30. Send payment with your student, pay fees online or by phone with a credit card. Yearbooks must be purchased in person.

Attendance

In order to minimize trac through the oce we are asking that you do not bring your student in to the school when you are dropping them off. Please drop them off and then email or call our attendance secretary Emma Cervantes to excuse them. Her email address is emmace@provo.edu If your student has a doctor, dentist or orthodontist appointment rst thing in the morning (8:30 or earlier) we are asking that you not send them to school until after their appointment.

When you are checking out a student please only have one person come in the school to check them out. Please be prepared and have your government issued ID ready to show, and that the person who is coming is on their Emergency Contact Form or that you have emailed or called in advance to let us know who will be picking your student up.
