PTA Message: Hello Centennial Parents! Welcome back many of you and a big welcome to all of you brand new Centennial parents! We are so grateful you have joined our PTA. We are super excited for this 2023-2024 school year. There are so many great things happening at Centennial. Whether you have a specific role on the board or a committee or you join us because you want to be more a part of your child’s education, you are an important member of our PTA! Your voice and your presence matters so THANK YOU!
At each meeting we hear updates from our district rep, our principal Brook Taylor, our student body president, and our teacher rep, who are all amazing! We have felt a wonderful energy at these meetings this year – so many great ideas and collaboration happening! If you have something you would like to discuss please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will add it to the agenda.
Don’t forget to follow us! Our Facebook group is “Centennial Middle School PTA’ and our instagram feed is under “centennialpta.” As always, we welcome your suggestions and questions as we work together to support our students in their learning. PTA Meetings Our PTA meetings are typically on the first Tuesday of each month at 10:00 am in the Centennial library. Please remember to bring your ID as you will need to scan it to get into the school with the new security system. Our proposed meetings are as follows: October 3rd; November 7th; no mtg in December; January 9th (due to holiday break); February 6th; March 5th; April 9th (due to spring break); no mtg in May.
PTA Donations We greatly appreciate any donations to help support the student and teacher programs and activities. These include teacher appreciation week and lunches throughout the year, Red Ribbon Week, Reflections, Reality Town, teacher and student awards/prizes, Positivity Week, and more!
