Calling All Parents: Annual PowerSchool Information Needs to Be Updated
The district has asked us to reach out to all parents that have not yet updated their information in their PowerSchool parent account this school year. All parents need to do this so that you can verify your demographic and emergency contacts are up-to-date for this current year as well as accept/sign the district’s Acceptable Use, Google Document, and Chromebook Care agreements. We emailed all parents that have not done this yet this morning, however, if you do not think you have done this and you did not get an email this morning, it is highly likely the email we have on file is not one you are regularly checking. Since we did not have you fill out paper copies of this information, it is vital that you make sure the information in PowerSchool is updated and accurate as this is what we use to contact you. Please follow the directions below and login to your parent account and complete the yearly update as soon as possible.
Log in to the Parent Portal by going to https://grades.provo.edu.
Your student(s) will be included in the divider bar under the PowerSchool Icon in the top left.
To select or change students, simply click on their name.Please verify and/or update your online contact information by selecting the Student Registration/Yearly Update icon in the left menu bar, then click the Registration link next to your student’s name and follow the instructions on the School Forms pages. Please know that these forms do not get submitted until you get to the last page where you type in your name and select a box to verify the forms are completed.
