We are fast approaching the first day of school and we are excited to have everyone back!

Important Dates:

August 17 Back to School Night Open House 4-6

August 18 First Day of School 8:05-2:55

September 15 Parent Teacher Conferences 1:30-7:30 PM

September 17 Picture Retake Day

School Hours Monday August 16 and Tuesday August 17:

On Monday August 16 we will be open from 8:00 AM to Noon. We have a school wide meeting in the afternoon and will not be available after Noon.

Tuesday August 17 we will be open from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM when we will be closing the school to prepare for Back to School Night.

School Fee Update:

School fees are now available to be paid IN PERSON. There are still some bugs they are working out with the online fee payment, but as soon as that is ready to go you will receive an email from donotreply@provo.edu with the subject line: ALIO Fee Pay Activate Account. You can also call the school and pay our Financial Secretary KC Wabel over the phone.

Back to School Open House:

We will be having a very informal back to school Open House Tuesday August 17 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. It is not required to come but if you would like to come find your clases and walk around the school we would love to see you.

Attendance:

We are going to be staying touchless this year.  We have purchased a scanner and will be scanning students ID cards to check them in and out of school.

In order to minimize traffic through the office we are asking that you do not bring your student in to the school when you are dropping them off.  Please drop them off and then email or call our attendance secretary Liana Mangisi to excuse them.  Her email address is lianam@provo.edu

If your student has a doctor, dentist or orthodontist appointment first thing in the morning (8:30 or earlier) we are asking that you not send them to school until after their appointment.

When you are checking out a student please only have one person come in the school to check them out. Please be prepared and have you government issued ID ready to show, and that the person who is coming is on their Emergency Contact Form or that you have emailed or called in advance to let us know who will be picking your student up.
